Delete Account – Focus App

Effective Date: June 3, 2025

We respect your privacy. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion:

Open the Focus app.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Or send a request to our email: focus.project.app@gmail.comwith the subject “Delete my account”.

What data will be deleted:

Personal profile data (name, email, UID)
Your activity records: meditations, intentions, goals, meetings, partners, etc.
Any associated information stored in our database

Processing time: Up to 7 business days from request.
Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

Ми поважаємо ваше право на конфіденційність. Ви можете надіслати запит на повне видалення свого облікового запису та пов’язаних даних у будь-який момент.

Як подати запит на видалення акаунту:

Відкрийте застосунок Focus.

Перейдіть у розділ Профіль → Налаштування → Видалити акаунт.

Або надішліть запит на нашу пошту: focus.project.app@gmail.com з темою «Delete my account».

Які дані будуть видалені:

Особисті дані профілю (ім’я, email, UID)
Дані вашої активності: медитації, наміри, цілі, зустрічі, партнери тощо
Пов’язана інформація, що зберігається у базі даних

Термін обробки: до 7 робочих днів після запиту.
Примітка: після видалення акаунт неможливо буде відновити.
